EQUIPMENT : RECREATIONAL VEHICLE : LPG LINES AND FITTINGS: on certain fifth wheel trailers equipped with liquid propane gas (lpg), it was discovered an excess of lpg hose was coiled in the rear refrigerator access compartment a causing it to be routed close in proximity to the burner flue box cover of the refrigerator.
EQUIPMENT : OTHER : LABELS: on certain fifth wheel vehicles ,the federal certification label has an incorrect axle weight rating. the initial label read 12,100 with 5,200 lb. axles. corrected label should read 14,400 with 6,000 lb. axles.
STRUCTURE : FRAME AND MEMBERS: on certain fifth wheel trailers, a deficiency in the structural integrity of the main frame rails could cause the rails to crack and axles could shift, causing the fifth wheel to pull erratically.
