DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD NOT TURN LEFT. THE DEALERSHIP DETERMINED THE RACK AND PINION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THERE WAS A NHTSA RECALL, #03V527000, CONCERNING THE RACK AND PINION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL DUE TO THE VIN.
