CONSUMER STATED WHILE DRIVING IN SNOW AND RAIN WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID FROZE UP. THIS CAUSED POOR VISIBILITY BECAUSE THE SNOW STAYED ON THE WINDOW AND BECAME DIRTY. WITHOUT WINDSHIELD WASHER THIS CREATED A PROBLEM. *AK
