VEHICLE HAD HYDROPLANED & HIT GUARDRAIL AT 40MPH. UPON IMPACT, THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. DRIVER INJURED, RECEIVED BROKEN BONES. FATHER TOOK VEHICLE TO BODY SHOP & MECHANIC NOTICED NO AIR BAG SENSORS IN VEHICLE. FORD DEALER WILL NOT TOUCH VEHICLE DUE TO BEING AT BODY SHOP.
