RIGHT FRONT BRAKE ROTOR SEPARATED FROM THE HUB DURING HARD, HIGH SPEED BRAKING. DRIVER LOST CONTROL BECAUSE THE BRAKE FAILURE CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO STEER LEFT DRAMTICALLY.
